When the presented with the tap to pay, simply pull up your TAP Card in our app or in your digital wallet a tap it to the terminal before tapin your payment card.

Some merchants will scan your unique code, just show them your phone and they’ll do rest! Keep an eye out for the “SCAN HERE” machines.

For large events like concerts and some “chaotic” environments you’ll see QR codes posted around the venue for you to scan and get your points. They’ll be obvious don’t worry :)
